Cowan and I had a longish talk last night on the phone.  Funny how things
seem to get clearer at times when we do this.  I was able to communicate to
him the differences I felt, and he suddenly had an epiphany.  I will have to
write up the reasoning and explanation, but I think we got some useful
answers.  Give me a little time.

Cowan BTW is on vacation all this week and off-net.
