local lojban html library

lojbab suggested i ask you how to download the html lojban library. I tried
this once several months ago, downloaded most of the file, but there was a
glitch, and I couldn't unzip it.

according to the info on the www node, i'm supposed to contact someone
about "terms", but bob lechevalier (lojbab) just referred me back to you.
The ftp site isn't very easy to get to on your machine. Could the html
library be put on the regular lojban ftp site?
