Absolutely. This is obviously much better than the present situation.

I shan't recommend that the grammar be officially changed now, because
apparently Lojban Central wants to rush out books describing a
demonstrably flawed grammar, and making improvements retards this
process. In another posting I'll add to the deliberations about
what those people who want to improve Lojban can do.
