Something people can and do use; not [too much] entangled with particular
cultures (particularly being careful to resist the dominant position of
English); feasible for machine parsing and analysis; much less complex
than others; well documented; better attuned to the lessons of formal logic
than other languages [even though I have complaints about certain areas].
