brief update - baseline

John Cowan called me at 0000 GMT and told me that the final HTML for
chapters 1-20 were uploaded on time for the baseline.  Chapter 21 is
the YACC grammar, which is alreasy baselined, but Cowan did not
have time to put in the few HTML codes needed, so it is posted in raw text.
He will have the formatted version uploaded tomorrow.

Because of this and because extensive comments on the preliminary announcement
warranted a second draft, the baseline will instead take place at 0000 GMT
on 10 January, which is 24 hours later than previously announced.

You'll be hearing from me in about a day !!!
