No, and it would do little good if you had it.

The parser is a standalone program, written in C by John Cowan.  That is
relatively platform independent.  The glosser is written in Turbo-Pascal,
and Nora has made no attempt to make the program portable to other Pascals
(and hasn't any idea how to do so if she wanted to).
