Which word did you have in mind? {cimni} is defined so broadly
that it seems to be usable for both:

   ny cimni le kamselkaclai alef bu xino
   N is infinite in cardinality to degree Aleph-null.

   ny cimni le kamselporlai omegas bu
   N is infinite in ordinality to degree Omega.

where I have used {kamselkaclai} and {kamselporlai} for
"cardinality" and "ordinality". Probably they could
be improved on.
