It does, but this is the simplest case: all truths gives 
truth no matter how you associate them.

BTW, maybe the logical conlang was already invented 
centuries or millennia ago. For those who like the logical
connectives part of Lojban here is an interesting paper
about the Aymara language, which is so regular and
logical (with three-valued logic!) that it must have 
started as a conlang:
