I know how to make a sentence a command by changing "do" to "ko", but how do
you make a first-person or third-person command?

RECORD: non-second person imperatives
To get an "imperative" directed at other than "you," use either an
approriate eV form (typically e'u - suggestion) or define ko using doi and
then the standard imperative:
e'u mi'o klama or doi mi'o ko klama for "Let's us go"
