RECORD: non-second person imperatives 
To get an "imperative" directed at other than "you,"  use either an 
approriate eV form (typically e'u - suggestion) or define ko using doi and 
then the standard imperative:
e'u mi'o klama or doi mi'o ko klama for "Let's us go"
