And as van der Auwera points out (in the article I cited),
this is the usual way: very many languages have expressions for
`still', `not yet' and `no longer', but not for `already' --
so the apparent symmetry of the quadrangle is deceptive.

I imagine not many languages have a word for "not all"
in the "all", "some", "none", "not all" quadrangle (for
example our logical Lojban doesn't) but that doesn't mean
that the quadrangle's symmetry is deceptive, only maybe that
some situations may not be as striking as others.
