Canadian Francophones call it Ile-du-Prince-Edouard. For the record, the francophone version of some other Canadian provinces are Colombie-Britannique, Nouveau-Brunswick, Nouvelle-Ecosse, and Terre-Neuve. The rest are identical in both E and F.
