Downtime today: DK & lojban.org projects day

I will be doing various things to enhance digitalkingdom's
functionality, including giving it a backup power supply, a hardware
firewall, more ram, an OS upgrade (to a 2.4 kernel) and possible more
disk space.

There will, therefore, be some downtime, which will also affect
lojban.org.

Downtime to commence at approximately 16:00 PST, and to last for at
least 10 minutes, but probably less than an hour.
