{le na'e broda} is "the non-broda", {na'ebo le broda} is
"other than the broda", the difference is pretty much the
same as in English. In {na'ebo le broda} you identify
something which you describe as a broda, and then you make
a claim about something which is simply other than that
identified thing. In {le na'e broda} you identify something
describing it as a non-broda, there is nothing else described
as a broda in this case.
