[lojban] Lojban subtitles for DVD's?

There's a program for Windows that enables you to modify DVD playback
in real time. It's available with source at:

One of the plug-ins it comes with a 'subtitler'. Effectively it allows
you to add a new subtitle track to a DVD. So if you wanted to you
could do a lojban subtitle for your favourite DVD and watch it in real
time.
