Tengwar at any rate would be an eye-catcher stirring up the curiosity and 
(maybe lasting) interest of all those folks fond of Tolkien's fancy world and 
languages (and there are lots of with linguistic priority). But this wouldn't be 
sufficient a reason for Tengwar only. I share And's opinion of making the cover 
up with various scripts (including, of course, Arabic!) in order to highlight the 
international character of La Logji Bangu.
