Doesn't there need to be a pause after the first zoi?

No, you only need a pause after the word that follows zoi
and before the repetition of the word at the end of the quote.

FLAluKAVbu as a whole can't be the delimiter?

No, the delimiter has to be a single word, and FLAluKAVbu
consists of two words.
