ADMIN: Eurolingua spam

The address of an auto-responder maintained by the Eurolingua Institute
was subscribed to the list (at yahoogroups); it did not spam the list, but
did send a canned message to anyone who posted to the list.  I have
removed and banned it.

Part of the reason for this message is to test that it worked.
