This has come up before, I'm pretty sure.

(a) This is not very recent.
(b) They're no longer doing "joke" languages like Klingon or Bork (as 
they did at the start). I doubt they'd accept Lojban, especially since 
it's no-one's native language (i.e., everyone who speaks Lojban speaks 
another language which they may already have anyway).

You could try translating the Opera browser, though; I had a go at 
translating it into a conlang once.
