Yes, as long as I saw three dogs. If I saw two dingos, two kuvaszok, and a
dachshund, then no.

If we cannot assume that there were three things seen, how about the simple

mi viska lu'e ci selgerku

I think the issue here is that the English itself is vague and we aren't all that sure what we are tryingt o say. Once we know, saying it in Lojban isn't necessarily difficult.
