[lojban] [Please Read!] Multilingual lojban.org!
An automated system for creating versions of lojban.org in other
languages has been implemented!
Many thanks to Jay Kominek for Perl scripting work.
Only the main index is properly localized, and very little of it has
actually been translated (or, at least, moved into the new
translation format).

OPINIONS NEEDED:
The basic problem I'm having now is where to explain it on the site.
Both using and adding to the translated versions is a bit
complicated. Does this go in the FAQ? Does it get its own link?
Multiple places? What? *Please* send me your opinions on this! You
need not read the rest of this e-mail to have an opinion on that
issue.
***************************
The system is a bit complicated in a number of ways, but basically
it boils down to this:
For a user:
Set the language preferences in your browser to one of the
supported languages (currently French (fr), Esperanto (eo) and
Lojban (art-lojban)). Obviously, how to do this should be described
better.
For a translator:
Go to
http://www.lojban.org/twiki/bin/view/Translations/Lojbanorg and
edit one of the pages before the WARNING. Wait half an hour for
the changes to appear
If you want new supported languages, mail me.
