The nameservers for lojban.org (NS7.GANDI.NET 80.67.173.197 and
CUSTOM2.GANDI.NET 80.67.173.18) are themselves off the net; the egress
router for the UCLA campus reports "host unreachable".  So, for the moment,
lojban.org is nameless.  If anyone remembers the IP address one could do
http://10.9.8.7/ but that's kind of stretching it.

(National nets such as uunet, MCI, Sprint and Qwest are handling traffic
normally, so the problem is not local to UCLA.)
