Sorry about that. I meant to send this to the Board list, and then send something more intelligible to everybody else when I had time. What this means: "What Is Lojban?" is available for delivery from Lightning Source (yay!) No-one who can sell it for us knows this yet. (boo!) I don't particularily want to get into the book fulfilment business if I can help it, but on the other hand I don't want to wait a month. So I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet, but if anyone reading this wants to receive a bunch of copies (say, 20 or more) of "What Is Lojban?" and ship them out as you have time, let me know, and I'll think about what I'm going to do about this.
I'll decline the twenty copies of "What is Lojban", since I have only met one person here who was even vaguely interested, he's a die-hard Esperantist and he's going to Saudi Arabia soon anyway. One thing I can recommend, though, is that if and when it shows up on amazon.com, someone write a review of it (not me - I've already done that for TCLL). Nothing too gushy - write as a linguist or conlang hobbyist. If anyone here's still a member of the auxlang list, a post there would be in order too (I unsubscribed in despair some years, but lojbab may still be subscribed).
