The thing that you want to talk about was not necessarily already referred
to. If it wasn't then your only other option (other than 'le du') is 
'zo'e', but 'zo'e' is not necessarily specific. Also, if you want to
refer to the same thing again, using 'ko'a' implicitly binds ko'a to it.
