[lojban] {Announce} Beta Release: MOZ (MOO In Oz) Multilingual MUD Server

After considerable effort, the MUD server I've been writing, MOZ, is
now ready to be beta tested.

MOZ is a transparently multilingual, capabily based MOO server
written in Oz.

The test server can be found at lojban.org port 777.  Full details
on the project can be found at
