Right.

There isn't full agreement as to whether in {la mo}, {doi ma}, etc 
ma/mo are acting as questions or as actual names. {zo ma} is not
"what am I quoting?", it is "the word {ma}", and the argument is that
names work like that too. There's some discussion about that here:
