lojban dictionary program

is there lojban dictionary as a program?

i have the gismu list for example, but am tired of searching for words thru
it in a text editor. I wish there is a software interface that i can lookup
words, and also click on reference words in the definition.

is someone working on this?

thinking about it, i thought there's probably already OpenSource programs of
dictionary interface on the web. With the right format of the source text,
it'll probably be plug & play...
