That should be {la'ozoi. cyril .zoi}. {zoizoi. cyril .zoi} is the
word/name "Cyril". {la'o} gives the one named "Cyril".

I would probably take the "if you wish" as an attitudinal, so 
something like:

  ko citka lo plise i e'a go'i lo badna

Or:

  ko citka lo plise e lo badna e'a
