It's official.  This identifier can be used for all RFC 3066 purposes,
including XML and HTML markup.  I will request that art-lojban, the
former RFC 3066 form, be deprecated.

The ISO 639 Registration Authorities' Joint Advisory Committee (JAC) has
approved the following item:

Alpha-3 identifier: jbo
(no alpha-2 identifier)
English name: Lojban
French name: lojban
Indigenous name: la lojban.

Lojban is an artificial language.
