now, is there a list of the most essential words based on:

1. survival/primitive communication
2. moden daily life
3. travel/vacation

a list for #3 is easily found on foreign language travel handbooks. (does
any one know an online version?)

if someone might provide me the list of words, i might generate a lojban
version as i go thru it in my study.
