OK, I've actually installed it.

The one feature it doesn't seem to have that from my POV would be
really, *really* nice is e-mail-to-forums gatewaying.  Anyone here
good with PHP?  8)

The thing I've seen so far that seems like it might be nicest is
forum-type discussions attached to Wiki pages.  This has obvious
(and, in fact, rather profound) utility for the BPFK.

You need to register before doing much of anything.  Right now the
Wiki is wide open, but just about everything else isn't properly
set up yet.
