Well, you have a couple of options. There are various mailing lists
which you can sign up for at http://www.lojban.org/lsg2/; in
particular I reccomend the lojban-beginners list.
I am copying this e-mail to the main list because I know there is
at least one Russian Lojbanist; in fact most of the gismu list has
been translated I think.
You can practice speaking in real-time by joining the Lojban IRC
channel, either by going to irc.lojban.org channel #lojban or
http://www.lojban.org/irc/
There are also some of us who try to have phone conversations. None
of them are near you, but I'd be willing to pay for calls to you if
you're really serious about learning.
