Also, names formed from rafsi, like all other names, have to follow the no 
la/lai/la'i/doi rule; thus Belarus is la blabruk, not la labruk. And the 
hyphen-letters aren't required in names, except to break up invalid consonant 
clusters; {blabyruk} is valid, and so is {blabruk}.
