[lojban] Minor promise.

I am going to do my best to respond to everything I see posted to
jbosnu.  In Lojban, of course.

In particular, I'll be responding in the next day or two to a set of
Nomic rules someone posted.  Nomic is a game.  You all are welcome
to join in.
