If you mean the list of English words to make gismu from, one of the sources 
is a list of 'common' words used in glottochronology. It isn't meant as a list 
of 'primitive' words, but as a list of words that are in 'all' languages. If I 
remember this was stated in the 'original' 1976 Loglan materials that I read 
when I was looking into Loglan back at UF in the 80's or 90's.
