[lojban] kli.org now hosted by lojban.org

If you go to http://www.kli.org/ (or possibly http://kli.org/, depending
on DNS propogation) most of you[1] will notice that there is a big, fat
link that says "This site hosted by Lojban.org".  That's because it is,
as of a few days ago.

Mark Shoulson came to me requesting hosting space because his old
provider wasn't able to do it anymore.  I figured I could manage it,
helping out fellow conlangers is a nice thing to do[2], and the
advertising certainly won't hurt.

Just thought you all would want to know.

[1]: DNS propogation is pretty flaky; some of you may still be pointing
to the old site.

[2]: Even if they do have bumpy heads.
