These should be written /ba'orzu'e/ and /'/: /'/ is a phoneme
with allophones [h] and [T] (among others, such as [K], the
lateral fricative).

I acquired my Lojban accent before I discovered that /'/ needn't
be realized as [h]. If I had known that, I would have done what
Craig has done. Instead, my Lojban accent merges /'/ and /x/,
especially between high vowels.
