[lojban] Red Book versus grammar.300

The Red Book says, in chapter 14:

The meaning of Example 14.12 can also be conveyed by a termset:

14.15) la djeimyz. ce'e la meris.
        pe'e .e la djordj. ce'e la martas. prami
    James [plus] Mary
        [joint] and George [plus] Martha loves.

at the expense of re-ordering the list of names so as to make the pairs explicit.

grammar.300 says:

terms_A_81              :  terms_B_82
                        |  terms_A_81  PEhE_494  JOIK_JEK_422  terms_B_82
                        ;

This is the *only* place that PEhE appears in grammar.300.

Anyone know which one is correct? I'm pretty sure grammar.300 is, as
that agrees with the rest of the Red Book's discussion on termsets, but
I wanted to check.
