In theory, I think the BPFK could make it official, but it seems rather
unlikely.

You can also use brivla, but yes. I'm not entirely clear on what "sa'ei
bakni" would mean - is it a noise that sounds like "bakni" or is it the
noise of a bakni? Or could it be either?
