[lojban] [: jbofihe bug -- punaijecanai causes full-CPU hang]

Forwarding this for two reasons:

1.  I've been pointing out all sorts of problems with the official
parser; to be fair I should spread the blame, although please bear in
mind that I don't work *nearly* as hard to identify jbofihe problems
because of the nature of what I'm working on.

2.  I've had no response yet.
