[lojban] i mo'ini'a mo'ini'a mo'ini'a

The sentence from Alice,

    i mo'ini'a mo'ini'a mo'ini'a

is disliked by jbofi'e, but both my parser and the official parser are
just fine with it.

Does anyone know if there's an *actual* problem with it, as such?  If
so, what?
