Well, it's true.

I'm not sure we are talking about the same thing here. You cannot
hesitate inside a word or a inside a zo-, bu- or zei-phrase. You can
only hesitate between words (except for those tight phrases). I meant 
words cannot be broken by hesitation and remain the same word.
