Non-negotiable point:
An officially assigned cmavo can't be in experimental space.
An obvious fact:
We will need to shrink experimental space if we have more than
a few cmavo to assign.
My opinion:
It would be better to shrink experimental space along some
natural line of cleavage (e.g. take all xa'V out of it, or
all xV'a, or all mVV'V, or something) rather than introducing
random holes in it.
