[lojban] PEG Parser bug fix.

I just fixed a substantial output-only bug in the PEG Parser.

By output-only, I mean that the bug only affects the visible output of
the parser, and not the parsing that it does.

The bug is that there were somewhat over a hundred places where text
would only be displayed with a "-p" flag, even though it was stuff that
should have been displayed in all cases.
