Re: [lojban] Re: LLG annual general meeting announcement

GREGORY DYKE scripsit:
> oh damn! I'm against blind proxies, so I abstain on 91 and 9b, 'cos I can't know what the choices will be, and vote for anything which prevents proxies without instructions while still allowing proxies (as I am in a timezone which will usually have meetings late at night)

9a is a straight up-or-down vote (and isn't binding anyhow): direct
election of officers, or Board elects officers (status quo)?

The formal wording of 9b is:

That all references to postal mail, telephone, and electronic mail
throughout the bylaws be removed in favour of completely generic terms
such as "notify" and "reasonable and customary forms of communicatian",
unless they are specific exceptions to the principles of the section on
Communications (such as a specific need for written notification).

Fixed.

Most languages are dramatically underdescribed, and at least one is
dramatically overdescribed. Still other languages are simultaneously
overdescribed and underdescribed. Welsh pertains to the third category.
