Here's a stab at the first ten:

1. Everyone except the king does not admire the king.

   ro na'ebo le nolraitru naku sinma le nolraitru

That doesn't actually say that the king does admire himself though,
which I think the English does. We could say:

  da'apa da enai le nolraitru naku sinma le nolraitru

but it would be nice to have a more informal way of saying "except".

2. The tallest and smallest men in the world both joined the circus.

  lo clarai e lo toryrai be lo ro nanmu pe le munje cu cmibi'o le tigbe'e

The x2 of clarai is not explicit here. I suppose one could say
{lo clarai be lo ro nanmu pe le munje be'o e lo toryrai be ny}, but
it's more confusing. (I took "joined the circus" to mean that they
joined a certain circus I have in mind. If it's a more general 
statement, maybe they didn't join the same circus, then {lo} would
be better than {le}.)

3. Exactly two goblins hate every wizard.

   re crida cu xebni ro termakfa

4. The Queen of England is related to the King of Sweden.

   le nolraitruni'u be le glico cu tamne le nolraitrunau be le sfero 

5. Not every country belongs to the U.N.

   me'iro gugde cu cmima la jonsi'u gugde 

6. The president of every country knows the president of every other country.

   ro jatna be lo gugde cu se slabu ro drata jatna be lo gugde

(That's cheating, but it amounts to the same thing, doesn't it?)

7. The result of dividing the circumference of a circle by its diameter is
equal to pi.

   li pai dilcu lo se mitre be lo korbi be lo cukla lo se mitre 
   be lo ravysirji be cy li no

8. No house has only one roach in it.

   no zdani cu se nenri pa po'o jalra

9. The Queen of Hearts' only daughter is loved by exactly three suitors.

   lo ropa tixnu be la risna noltruni'u cu se prami ci spedji

10. At least two known terrorists are hated by everyone except themselves.

   su'ore da poi misno tepri'apre cu se xebni da'apa de enai da
