[lojban] Followup on Jimpe paper

I should point out, lest you become alarmed, that the Student Oxygen Workshop
is not the most serious conference ever. This is why the first and last
paragraphs of my paper are noticeably informal.

Plus I just fixed the fact that I must have had "natural language" on the brain
in the first paragraph, saying it four times in two sentences. One of them
was clearly a brain fart, so it's down to three.
