The information contained therein need not be repetitions of the
information contained within other wikipedias. Wouldn't it be nice for a
change if there was some information available in Lojban that was not
available in other languages?

I wouldn't refer to it as Yet Another Project. Most Wikipedia contributors
are casual about their edits, and prefer to add or fix small things at
their leisure. Contributing to Wikipedia does not entail any commitment to
getting it done. While there is some interlanguage competition on WP,
languages with few articles or little activity is not frequently a subject
of ridicule.

Also, why are you mentioning BPFK? Participating in an activity related to
Lojban does not detract from the time available to other Lojban
activities. At least not for me.
