It's a complete description of the language's grammatical and
semantic rules, not its vocabulary.
I suggest that anyone looking for a printed dictionary go to
http://www.lojban.org/jbovlaste/latex/index.html
The BPFK is currently working very hard on making better definitions
for the cmavo, and when we're done we'll see about producing a
dictionary for sale.
