The lujvo is {prece'u}. {prece'us} is a cmevla, but in cmevla made from rafsi 
it's more common to use a consonant-final rafsi than to use a vowel-final 
rafsi and add a consonant, thus {precem}.

Also if "la" or "doi" is in a cmevla one has to be careful that it don't break 
up. E.g. Belarus is {la blabruk}, not {la labruk}, which breaks up.
