You could say {le bloti cu bersunstuna muvdu} or
{le bloti muvdu lo bersunstuna}.
Why not use the same convention for the tenses?
{le bloti mo'i be'a du'a du'a zvati}

{va'e} will convert a number o lerfu-string into a scale selbri.
That would seem to fit here.
{fi'o} will convert the selbri to a tag.
